Digital organizing in 2016 is a sophisticated endeavor. But how do A/B testing or targeting and segmentation work when you have a 5,000 person email list? How do small organizations develop digital strategies when the best practices pioneered by large organizations don't fit? At the end of the day, it's all just organizing, and some small nonprofits have found ways to apply organizing principles to digital campaigns with huge impact. This session will lay out a framework for thinking about digital organizing as a small nonprofit and share case studies from organizations that have done it successfully.
